Converting Excel file to CSV file from catalog item attachment

I want to convert Excel file that is attached to a req/ritm and convert it to CSV and then parse that CSV file to create catalog task for the numbers of users present in excel sheet.

you will require GlideExcelParser and iterate rows and create catalog tasks

No need to convert to CSV
