Abstract:
Enterprise apps can historically take hours or even days of professional services to implement, so why can't we simplify and distill that down to the experience of installing and setting up an iPhone app? Enterprise apps are obviously more complex, but we can use ServiceNow frameworks like Service Portal and Guided Setups to walk users through setup processes and ditch PDFs for the kinds of modern user experiences we have all come to expect from an iOS or Google phone app. In this session, we'll use a cross section of integrations from the last couple of years as examples of how even data-driven integrations could be improved by focusing on the user experience.
