Fortunately, we have great news for all of you. You can continue to take in all that Knowledge and CreatorCon 2024 had to offer using the Knowledge Digital Experience!
This is your unparalleled resource for anyone looking to dive deep into the world of ServiceNow. With over 100 recorded sessions, this platform is designed to provide you with much information and insights from this year's big event.
In this blog, we'll explore how to make the most of this digital experience, including tips on navigating the platform, utilizing the filtering system, and finding the sessions that matter most to you.
What Kind of Content Can I Find?
With so many sessions available, it can be overwhelming to know where to start. The Knowledge 2024 Digital Experience offers a variety of content, including:
- Keynotes: Watch all the keynote presentations from each day of the conference. From Bill McDermott’s day one speech to Chuck Tomasi and Lauren McManamon taking the stage for CreatorCon’s big event, these sessions feature top executives, thought leaders, and special guests sharing insights on the latest trends and innovations within the industry.
- Recorded Sessions: Access over 100 recorded sessions that cover a wide range of topics, from technical deep dives to business strategy discussions.
- Labs and Demos: Watch hands-on labs and demos to see ServiceNow solutions in action. These are perfect for gaining practical experience and learning new skills.
How to Access the Digital Experience
Navigate to the Website
First things first - visit the Knowledge Digital Experience page and log in using your credentials to gain full access to all the content.
Explore the Homepage
This is where you’ll find categorized sessions to easily access what you want.
On top of the page, you’ll see three of the major keynotes from this year's conference. You can watch Bill McDermott talk about putting AI to work for the people, CJ Desai discuss the power of generative AI on the ServiceNow platform, or Pat Casey discuss the 10th anniversary of CreatorCon.
Below that, you’ll find recorded session playlists based on topic and persona. If you’re interested in NowAssist, there’s a playlist for that. Or, if you want to watch sessions applicable only to enterprise architects, there’s an option for that as well.
Navigate to the Session Catalog
Now, if these playlists aren’t providing what you need, you can easily sort through all the sessions yourself.
At the top of the screen, click on “Explore Sessions”. This is where you’ll find every single recorded session, keynote, lab, and demo.
Utilizing the Session Filters
Once you have opened the Session Catalog, you’ll be greeted by all the sessions available. There will be a filtering panel on the left-hand side. Here are the key filters you can use:
- Search: Use the search area to create a query by either keyword or product.
- Session Type: Select the type of session you’re interested in, such as keynotes, breakouts, labs, demos, and more.
- Topics: Here you can filter by the topic of the session. Examples may include AI, HR, Now on Now, or Customer Service and Operations.
- Solutions: Within this filter, you can sort by ServiceNow solution, such as HR Service Delivery, App Engine, and many more.
- Industry: This filter allows you to personalize the sessions to solely the ones related to your industry of interest.
- Audience: Here, you can sort by your role or persona. Business analyst? There are sessions for you. Experienced dev? We got you covered. Beginning developer? Not to worry!
Now all you need to do is click on the session you want to watch. Be sure you are logged in, as some sessions are only available to those who have signed up with their ServiceNow account.
