Lab Instance for CreatorCon Session CCL1054-K25 Was Missing – How It Got Fixed

Hi Community,

I wanted to share my recent experience with a missing lab environment for the CreatorCon session (CCL1054-K25) titled "Hands-on lab" on Now Learning, in case it helps others facing a similar issue.

The Issue:

When I revisited the course, I noticed that although it still mentioned a lab instance, there was no option to launch or access it. This lab was particularly valuable to me, and I was hoping to explore it again.

What I Did:

  • Logged a support case: CS0537983

  • Attached the course link and a screenshot where the lab instance was referenced

  • Clearly explained that I was only looking to regain access to the lab environment—not complete the full course again

Initial Response:

I received an automated reply from AgentZero, pointing out that I hadn’t completed all mandatory modules under Now Assist for Creator Essentials. However, I clarified that my request was specific to the lab environment tied to the CreatorCon session—not full course completion.

I rejected the proposed solution and waited for escalation.

Final Resolution:

Thanks to responses from the Learning Support Team (special thanks to Marc G and Thenmozhi M), the lab environment was re-enabled. Marc mentioned that refreshing the course should make it accessible again, and indeed — it worked after a few hours.

I was able to re-launch the lab environment successfully and complete the hands-on exercises again.

Takeaway:

If you ever find a missing lab despite it being referenced in a course:

  • Don’t hesitate to raise a support case

  • Include URLs and screenshots

  • Be clear in your comments if the automated bot’s solution isn’t applicable

  • Be patient — it may take a few hours post-escalation for access to be restored
