Hello all DFW SNUG members!
North Texas Tollway Authority and a few local ServiceNow SCs are getting the CMDB/CMS SIG started back up again.
This group is created for all those interested in sharing their challenges, successes and experiences using ServiceNow's CMDB. We are hopeful that this group will allow you to network with your local CMDB peers to promote collaboration of best practices around CMDB. At the first meeting, we are interested in establishing the objectives and goals of future meetings based on your input.
- Current CMDB issues (integration, CI management, asset management, etc)
- Customer 2018/2019 CMDB initiatives
- Ideas for future CMDB Interest Group events (speakers, topics, etc)
