Welcome one and all to the April 2012 ServiceNow North Texas Local User Group meeting!
We have a fantastic set of topics scheduled for this session with a central theme around Request Management and Service Catalog. We will discuss how to offer all your defined business and technical services and harness the power of employee self-service and automation through a flexible storefront of service offerings. Using configurable ServiceNow workflow, you can provide a friendly, personalized user experience to capture data, collect approvals, automate fulfillment, and leverage the benefits of operating in one platform to deliver value to the business.
As always, the best part of any LUG meeting is the work that you have done on the ServiceNow Platform, and we need presenters & topic ideas for our April meeting.

We just want everyone to share their ideas on how they are utilizing ServiceNow and how it can benefit all of us.

Lastly, for the first time ever, we will be offering a **FREE** ITSM Program Health Check to the first 5 companies that sign up. Working with key members of your team, we will work collaboratively with you to conduct an ITSM Program Health Check. The goals of this exercise are to help you to realize greater value from your ServiceNow investment and reduce your total cost of ownership (TCO) by reviewing key aspects of the implementation or operating environment against best practices. A key output of this Health Check is an action plan that will help you to achieve these goals and enhance the relationship between your organization and ServiceNow!
