I am unable to join the SNUG in Copenhagen on June 3 2025 - How and who to inform?

I have accepted the invitation to SNUG on June 3 2025 but I am unfortunately unable to join.

I searched for contact persons but have so far been unable to identify someone I could inform.

 

Anyone knows?
