Has anyone had an issue where you are trying to access your SNAF eBook for the labs and are getting this message "Failed to load Inkdocs."

eBook can be accessed from 3 places, read more about it from my article [GF#7] Detailed Guide: How to Access Your eBook
If you aren't able to access it neither one option, create a case from the Help Centre at the SN University.
