Add DevOps Data to Change Request Issue

I have configured DevOps to the point where I am able to select the Release Version and then select the work item associated with it, but when I select "Submit" the work item does not show up in the related list on the Change Request. Does anybody have any ideas to why this is occurring?

I have the same issue. Have you figured out how to make those Work Items to load in the Related List?

@isaacbarcz @Brady Holliday @kostyakozachuk , Did any one have figured out a solution to show the Work items for the selected Release version in the Change Request?
I tried creating a manual change request and added the Devops Data and selected the 'Release version' and selected the work items that I need to attach it to the Change Request , For some reason its not getting attcahed and neither getting any error. there is no proper documentation as well on this one, I wonder how others would have able to attach the work items using the DPR workspace.

Please let me the solutions or steps that I need to follow to make it working, thanks in Advance.
