Hello @akhila13 ,
Hey, since the bugs are showing up under your name in ADO instead of the service account, like @Daxin mentioned, it’s probably because the token (PAT) is tied to your account.
To check this, click on the User Settings (the gear icon next to your profile picture in ADO), then go to Personal access tokens (second-last option). You’ll be able to see if the token is created under your name.
If it is, you can create a new token while logged in with the service account. That way, records will show as created by the service account instead of your personal ID.
Also, just a heads-up- @Daxin was absolutely on point about the SSO part. If your org uses SSO, it can auto-login with your account while generating the token. I’ve faced this myself during a ServiceNow–ADO integration, so definitely make sure to use an incognito window while logging in with the service account to avoid that.
Please Mark ✅Correct if this solves your query and also mark 👍Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Regards,
Aniket

In ServiceNow navigate to Credentials->Open the oauth credential used for connecting to ADO -> click "Get OAuth" token related link.
