Change Velocity using ADO. Change Request is not being created

Hi 

We have been trying to Automate Change requests. This doesn't seem to be working as getting error

Change request cannot be created. Processing errors: {"failed_task_execution_creation":[{"IBE0001621":"Pipeline details cannot be retrieved. ","SYS_ID":"9ba1d3991b409210bc5feb53b24bcb1d"}]}

Please can anyone help with this error and how to fix it please

Hi,

Check below conditions,

1. Domain separation is enabled your account if yes, service accounts should align parent domain

2. Is there an associated pipeline is active or correct pipeline is mapped?

3. Is your project or organizations is having project_admin role.

4. Can you check the DevOps workspace and check the associated items are active?
