We primarily use Azure DevOps for source control but would like to expand on that. I found one project in ADO that was set up as an Agile project. We wanted to compare that project in Azure DevOps with that project in ServiceNow so I connected our ServiceNow Dev instance to Azure DevOps.
The project was discovered. The teams, areas, iterations, sprints and workitems were imported using the default table mappings. That all appeared to be successful.
In ServiceNow, I see the epic under Epics and the stories under Stories. However, the stories aren't connected to the epic
in ServiceNow; that is, epic field is empty in the story records that were imported from Azure DevOps. The stories are associated with sprints in ServiceNow which seems to match ADO but I was told that some of the states aren't matching up between ADO and ServiceNow. Also, it doesn't look like any of the tasks were imported into ServiceNow. The information in ServiceNow for this project appears to be incomplete.
So, I'm not sure if I did something incorrectly or missed something or if the project was not exactly set up the right way in ADO. I guess I am looking for some guidance on this.
Thank you

For web design sites, I recommend using a static html page template. These are ready-made and creative templates that are suitable not only for a web design site, but for absolutely any business. You can stylishly design your website for little money.

Hi. I am also trying to use this integration. However, we need to use OAuth instead of Basic Authentication due to our internal security policies. But, we are having problems getting it working. Did you set this up using OAuth or Basic Authentication? Thanks!

Dear Mah,
Upon review, the mapping appears to be correct in my assessment. Given that I am actively involved in a similar integration, my goal is to reproduce a comparable behavior.
Best regards,
Yusuf Ali
