Jira Integration with Devops change Velocity

Hello,

I am trying to achieve Jira Integration with Devops change Velocity on my PID. Jira I have installed on-prem 8.5.1 version.

I am able to login into jira separately with below URL and cred. But via servicenow, I am not able to do so.

When i try to connect to Jira tool- It shows enter valid URL. Please help.

I am attaching the Error message

The URL is worng it should be be something like this https://yourJirainstanceName.atlassian.net/

Even the onprem version should have a fully qualified domain name.

Hi @nidhi1993, nidhipc:8080 looks like a local server that's not publicly accessible.  If that's the case you will need to colocate a MID server with Jira and pass the connection through that.  For MID connections, the URL can be a local address - it just needs to be resolvable from the MID server to Jira and does not need to be publicly routable or fully qualified.
