MIcrosoft Azure Active Directory Spoke Plugin not found in my PDI.

Hello,

I am currently working with a ServiceNow Development Instance (PDI) on the Washington DC release and I'm looking to establish connectivity between ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure using OAuth 2.0. However, I am unable to locate the Microsoft Azure Active Directory spoke plugin in my instance.

Could someone provide guidance or a solution on how to access and install this plugin? Any help in setting up this integration would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Subroto

Hello Subroto,

We have renamed Microsoft Azure Active Directory Spoke to Microsoft Entra ID Spoke - See product documentation here. We have instructions on how to setup the spoke on this page along with a video for the same as well.

Typically all spokes are available for free on customer sub-prod instances but not on developer PDI except for Jira or GitHub and may be some more. If you have access to your company sub-prod environment you can try it out there without a license requirement.

Hi, whats the point of being able to activate the plugin in your PDI that says it includes Microsoft Azure AD spoke, if its not possible to use?

That should not have been there. I will check this out.

I was also trying to activate the Entra ID spoke on my PDI, and came across this post. It still says that Azure AD spoke is part of the installer. Is it or not? (And I notice how it still says Azure AD instead of Entra ID, I feel that the developer site is not maintained and updated very well.)
