Hello,
I am currently working with a ServiceNow Development Instance (PDI) on the Washington DC release and I'm looking to establish connectivity between ServiceNow and Microsoft Azure using OAuth 2.0. However, I am unable to locate the Microsoft Azure Active Directory spoke plugin in my instance.
Could someone provide guidance or a solution on how to access and install this plugin? Any help in setting up this integration would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Subroto

No, these are not part of the installer. This has been fixed Xanadu onwards.

So....... any word on when it will be available, because it's November now and there's still no Microsoft Entra ID Spoke to be found in a PDI. Nor a single post I can find with any information about when, or even "you won't be able to because of X reason"

The previous thread has a response. The Microsoft Entra ID Spoke is not available on PDIs.
You can access the spoke on customer sub-prod instances.

Hi Subroto,
To access and install the Microsoft Azure Active Directory spoke plugin, ensure your instance has the necessary IntegrationHub subscription. Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All, and search for the plugin. If it’s not visible, it may require activation through ServiceNow support.
Once installed, you can configure OAuth 2.0 for secure connectivity between ServiceNow and Azure. To deepen your skills for similar integrations, consider exploring an AWS Certified Developer certification, which can enhance your expertise in cloud-based solutions and integrations.
