Security prevents reading Value - no records displayed - error in dashboard for a user

Hello,

User is having an issue regarding his dashboard when he selects the incident to be grouped by subcategory or entity(created field in the incident). How can we check if its an acl or a role that is required. I already checked the acl for the incident table but there is none that is created for that scenario. Thanks!

You can debug security rules using the debugging feature:

Click the link to activate, and then if you impersonate the user who can't access that data, you'll be able to see at the bottom of the screen (and/or in a pop-up tab once activated), which ACLs are being met or not being met to grant access.

Thanks for the response, upon doing that it shows this red marks. Is this configure.personalize_ are acls or his own settings?
