Standard Change Template character limit

Hi,

We're configuring change managemnt with DevOps and com across an issue where if the standard change template name (template id) is greater than 40 characters then all the fields other than the short description are cleared from the form in ServiceNow. The import is showing the correct template id and any where the tempate id is less that 40 characters the field entries are retained.

Has anyone any experience of this issue?
