The repository is not showing commit data in the orchestration tools of ServiceNow.

Hello team,

 

We established a GitHub connection in our client instances. Somehow, some of the repositories' orchestration tasks have stopped discovering Branches, commits, and pull requests over the last few months.

 

I would appreciate any troubleshooting steps here.

Please provide more information. "Some of the repositories" means that others work. How did you set this up and what is the difference between the once that don't work and the ones that do? "Over the last few months" means that there is a point that they were working and the next they weren't working anymore. Or are they intermittently still working? What changed between when they did work and when the stopped working? 

Did you check on credentials? Is it maybe related to custom vs oob? Are there scope differences?
