Triggering an Assessment from Flow Designer

Hi All,

I have configured the following in the system.

- Created an Assessment Metric Type, with an associated Metric Category and Metrics

- Created a Flow in the Flow Designer to trigger an Assessment based on the above Assessment Metric Type

The Assessment is created successfully although it is empty! In more details the Metrics are not visible on the Assessment Instance.

Anyone who can assist on the above issue with any directions/suggestions?

Why are you triggering an assessment from flow designer and not from the assessment trigger conditions?

Thanks for your reply.

Thought of using the Flow Designer since it gives more flexibility for complicated triggers.

Even if I use the condition triggering the same thing happens (empty assessment). Please find screenshots below:

Is the assigned to field empty on records that match the condition?

Are there any survey instances?

Have you enabled public access?

Do records matching your condition exist? Yes

Is the assigned to field empty on records that match the condition? No, the assessment is created and send to the correct user

Are there any survey instances? This is an assessment not a survey. The second screenshot I shared with you is the assessment instance

Have you enabled public access? Yes the assessment metric type is published
