Why is my Flow Designer workflow not populating in Catalog Builder's dropdown list?

I made flow in Flow Designer. Then, I made an item in the Catalog Builder. When trying to choose a fulfillment method I select Flow Designer flow, but nothing appears as an option.

Yes, it is active and published. It still does not appear. I'm looking at the same instance too.

How did you end up going with this? I'm just setting up our catalog builder and found the same behaviour. I'd prefer not using a workflow as I know flows are the future, but our published flows are also not showing.
