Why is my Flow Designer workflow not populating in Catalog Builder's dropdown list?

I made flow in Flow Designer. Then, I made an item in the Catalog Builder. When trying to choose a fulfillment method I select Flow Designer flow, but nothing appears as an option.

I found the answer. The trigger needs to be "Service Catalog" in the flow
