DEX - Metric Rules limited to 27 kpi's

The Metric rules for devices are limited to 27 KPI's but DEX/ACC collects so much more and limits customers potential for visibility and support of endpoint devices. 

I've submitted a support case requesting 11 KPI's to be added.  These KPIs would bring more value to the product and our company than the standard KPI's provided.  And would consider these low hanging fruit that other companies could also leverage.

Would also appreciate to hear KPI's from other companies that would bring value!

Next step down the road would be for DEX/ACC to let the customer customized which KPI's to collect and alert on.  Why continue to collect a KPI if a company doesn't see the value in...
