This is how to get the Topic Banner image to display.

When creating a new topic and adding a banner image, it doesn't show up automatically. Let's fix that!!

Here is my example

No Banner image

You want to update the "Topic Header" widget. Hover over the Topic text - this example, the Galatic Empire text and right-click (mac hold down the control button and click), and a context menu should come up and click on the "Instance Options" option. Make sure you are in the "Employee Center" scope as well.

You should now see this form -

In the "select list of topics" field, add the topic(s) you wish to show the banner images and save.

After completing these steps, you should now see the topic banner image.

Hi Miguel -  I think this is exactly what I need to do, but without your images showing up, I can't figure out how to do this.  Can you try and repair the images?

Otherwise tell me some more details about how I get the Context menu, since I can't seem to make that work.

@Alexander17 I used 1920*480, it works well.

@Miguel Donayre - Super helpful !!!  I tried using Edit Container Background and that did not work but I was not surprised. ServiceNow wouldn't let CSS do the bidding. I was confident this has to be some configuration change and came across this post.
