Introduction
Organizations who use Zoom as its primary engagement channel can leverage the integration of ServiceNow Employee Center with Zoom, launched in November 2022, to meet the employees where they are.
In our May 2023 release, we have published the Employee Center for Zoom application on the Zoom Marketplace. This will help streamline the installation flow and improve discoverability of the app by employees.
