Every year we love seeing the incredible work you're doing. The creative ways you approach employee experience, the problems you're solving, the solutions you're building that actually work - this contest is about recognizing the greatness you've delivered for your employees.

December 2nd, 2025 - January 30th, 2026
Prizes & Awards:
- Grand Prize: $3,500 + trophy + merch + 2 Knowledge 2026 passes
- 2nd Place: $2,000 + trophy + merch
- 3rd Place: $1,000 + trophy + merch
- 4th Place: $750 + trophy + merch
- 5th Place: $500 + trophy + merch
