My ServiceNow, the ServiceNow employee portal, was recognized as one of the 10 Best Intranets of 2023 by the Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g). The portal was created for employees by a team of our own DT employees using the Now Platform. The team embraced one key idea: employee portals don't need to be boring or hard to navigate.
