Employee Center Academy is a series of monthly events hosted by the product team to provide feature deep-dive and technical guidance on Employee Center, related capabilities, and deployment journey guidance. Is there a way to suppress the ability to provide feedback anonymously? Primarily thinking of the drawer widget but looks applicable to all of this Integrated Experience Service feedback widgets?
Hey David, admins can only configure anonymity to be either 'user-opted' or 'anonymous' by default for all responses. For the drawer widget, if you want to make sure that you receive meaningful, actionable feedback, you could instead make comments mandatory.
Are there any possible plans to allows for a third option of Non-Anonymous?
