Accept/Reject Buttons Not Visible for HR Case in "Awaiting Acceptance" State on Service Portal

Hi everyone,

I'm facing an issue with the HR case management module on the Service Portal. For cases that are in the "Awaiting Acceptance" state, the Accept and Reject buttons are not visible to the user and admin, even though the widget is correctly attached to the page.

Here’s what I’ve checked so far:

  • The widget is correctly placed on the portal page.
  • The case is definitely in the "Awaiting Acceptance" state.
  • User has the correct roles and permissions.
  • No console errors or visibility conditions blocking the buttons.

Has anyone encountered this before? Could this be related to UI policies, ACLs, or a missing configuration in the widget options?

Check My Tasks->To Dos Page on the portal

Can you confirm if this issue also occurs in the Platform View, like on your HR Case form?

Can you confirm if this issue also occurs in the Platform View, like on your HR Case form? If yes, it's likely a permission issue. If not, please share the UI Action details for the 'Accept' button — I’ll take a look.

It is only occurring on the service portal, in native UI it is working fine.
