I'm working in Employee Center Pro (Zurich release) using Advanced Portal Navigation, and I am running into an issue with the Expanded submenu display type.
When I set a top-level navigation item to Expanded, the mega menu renders correctly - but only displays down to Level 2. It does not render Level 3 child topics even though:
- The Level 3 topics exist in the taxonomy
- The hierarchy is fully synced
- All child topics have connected and published content, and no user criteria restrictions apply
- Topics are active and visible
- Navigation depth does not appear to be limited via system properties
- I'm testing as an admin
For example, the structure is:
- Company Information
- Culture
- Making a Difference
- Giving to Our Communities
- Making a Difference
- Culture
In our instance, using Expanded view, the menu stops at "Making a Difference" and does not show the child topic, "Giving to Our Communities".
The behavior seems similar to the attached screenshot, where expanded navigation should support deeper levels, but in my instance it stops at Level 2/3.
Has anyone encountered expanded view capping hierarchy depth? Thanks in advance!
