Hello Everyone,
I've created several tour guides in the Employee Center portal. While the guides are displaying correctly for most tours, they are not showing up for the "Employee Profile" and "Report an Incident" tours. The backend looks fine, but the tours are not visible on the actual page.
Here are the IDs used in the URLs:
Report an Incident: sc_cat_item
Employee Profile: hri_user_profile
If anyone has any suggestions or insights on how to fix this, please let me know. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference.
