Getting the error while Loding the employee center portal

Hi All, 

Need assistance on one of the issue that occurring while trying to launch the ESC portal. 

Above is the attached error that is getting while launhing the ESC portal first time. 

As the current plan is to migrate from SP to ESC. 

Please let me know anyone faced the same kind of issue.

Thank you for the prompt reply.

This is the first time I just tried to open the ESC portal as its requirement that we are planning to migrate from SP to EC. 

didn't configured anything. 

This is causing on the Header widget. Checking from my end. 

Wanted a suggestion why its happening and what are the causes for this if anyone experienced the same at the first time of implementation.

Have you tried to upgrade the Employee Service Center plugin?
