Hide Due Date in HRM Todos Summary

I would need support in trying to remove the duedate from the HRM todos Summary widget as highlighted below:

Would you know the best way to do this?

Thanks for the detail information.

I understand about to-dos configuration. but these are given for ESC portal.

But, I need it for Service Portal (sp)

Please let me know, how to achieve it.
