Initials words will not reflecting in profile column at EC portal

Hi Team,

If user does not upload proflie photo in servicenow - Then automacally initails will reflect backend and portal as well. But in EC portal its not reflecting. How can we acheive this for portal side - Backend looks good.

so this is not working in ESC

You need to check the widget which is used in ESC and if it doesn't have this logic then clone the OOTB widget, add that logic and include this new widget in your portal
