make a topic in employee center a hyperlink

Hi everyone,

I have request to make topic into a hyperlink in employee center. Can you please help me how can I do that?

Thank you so much replay, 

My expectation is that when I click on the topic "Our Places", it should take me to another page(hyperlink)

but I add quick link its showing as child topic.

Hello @shekhar3 ,

For this u need to create "Menu Item".

Go to Service portal --> portals --> esc(ur portal)--> Main Menu --> "Instances with Menu" (title contains Employee center menu) --> "Menu Item" --> New.

Configure as per ur requirement. Example:

Thank you so much, its working in Rome version, but in San Diego( we are currently in San Diego) is there reason why its wroking?
