Is it possible to add any portal Widgets to Topic page?
When you browse any topic, it opens a new page with a banner linked to that topic. Is it possible to add service portal widgets to that browse topic in addition to connected content(Catalog Item , KNowledge article etc) to that page.

Hi Saurabh,
Yes, you can add OOB service portal widgets to employee center topic pages. Change the application scope to Employee center, from application navigator select Service portal > Pages > emp_taxonomy_topic. Open the Employee Taxonomy page in designer and drag those widgets according to your requirements. Here is a sample.
Hope this would work.
Regards,
Aswin

Thank you Aswin for your reply to my question.
I agree we can add using Page Designer, but that will start showing for al topics unless we make that widget conditional to show only for one particular topic.
For Example - If I want to add News/Announcements widget to HR Topic page, same widget will start showing on other topics (IT, Workplace etc) pages.

Yes you can do this, but be aware that whatever widget you add here, it will appear on all topic pages. That is until San Diego, where you can create different layouts for topics.

I thk the better way to do it is using topic templates as suggested by @Sajal Gupta :Re: Employee Center - Adding Custom Widgets to Top... - ServiceNow Community
