Add attachment upload image and text customization

I'm not able to understand from where we can change the fa-fa image of the attachment picker for the upload. Also, I'm having issues in changing the text that comes after "Choose a file". If anyone has any idea about how we can customize the image and text, please let me know.

I believe the code for that comes from platform and we don't have access to it

As already shared you will have to do heavy customization

Why not train the end users instead and stick to OOTB?
