I'm trying to create a new ticket page. I put the categories widget on there, but is there a way OOB or to configure it to have it where it can expand?
Right now, when they click on one of the categories, it takes them to the Service Catalog page and then they can see all the tickets for that category:
I saw this on the Service Catalog documentation page, and I want something like this, where they could click on the category and it expands on the same page to show them which tickets are under that category and they can click on that item to take them to the ticket they need. Does anyone know how to do that?
P.S. I'm a low-code/no-code type of person, so if it's difficult, please explain it to me like I'm 5.

I can't edit my previous reply but if so, navigate to 'All' >> 'Maintain Catalogs' >> 'Service Catalog'. From here, locate and open which category you would like the sub category(s) to appear under, then scroll down and click to create a new category. It should look something like this

Hi @MeganCox,
Do you mean something like this?
You can essentially create sub categories and then link the required catalog item(s) to those.

I believe this is what I'm looking for, but the screenshots are small and it won't let me click on them to enlarge. When I change my screen size, it makes them blurry. Is this something you would be willing to email me to my work email? If not, I understand!!
Thanks for your reply!
