Hi All,

I am created few NowAssist skills, Flow action and subflows. Now I want to add these to my MCP server as tools.

When I try to add them to MCP Server, it is only showing Out of the Box  NowAssist skills, Flow action and subflows but not custom created ones.

Did anyone tried this? Appreaciate your help on this.

Hi @Nakka Bhavani S , Have you installed the required plugins which is -

1. sn_mcp_server -

2. sn_itsm_mcp_server.

Note - These plugins are not available for PDI, try on lab instance.

If you have the available plugin you can see the OOTB MCP tools and will be able to create your own as well.

Let me know if anything is missing.

If this response helps you mark it as accepted solution and give it a thumbs up 👍. This help me and community to find answers quickly.

Best Regards,

@Sujan Dutta Can you help?

Custom NowAssist Skills are not visible in MCP server under tools section.

I have MCP Server with oAuth setup and connected successfully to the client.

When I try to NowAssist tools to the MCP Server , I am only able to see OOTB NowAssistSkills.

Below is the MCP Server
