I agree with the statement of Vijay Kotu. The idea of the three C's of sales analytics describes the reality. Consolidation, Consumerization, and collaboration are essential for sales analytics. Also, good CRM software is vital to maximizing sales. For example, I am using revenue software to collaborate with my clients, improving the quality of communicating with them and understanding their needs. Most of all, it helps to improve your sales team's performance and shift your CRM from the "view mode" to the "do mode."
