I've been involved in one way or another with the HRSD product since it's initial release in Istanbul.

 

One of the capabilities that rarely gets much air time, though it really should, is the CHRO dashboard. I've seen a few posts, or replies to posts about it being no longer available on the store; though it very much still is!

 

The dashboard is a great addition to the other out of the box Performance Analytics driven dashboards for more operational and HR manager personas. It aims to provide HR Leadership with a high level view of the performance of processes running.

The dashboard is driven by Performance Analytics, and it relies on HRSD data - so those capabilities do need to be available in your instance to make use of it.

 

The good news though is that if you do this app/dashboard is available from ServiceNow's innovation lab, via the store, for free!

 

A couple of docs support its installation and configuration, also found on the store page. They are straightforward to follow, and they enable you to very quickly configure what is displayed.

 

If you want to swap out the KPIs in any of these vertical pillars, you simply modify the values in a table in the Core UI.

 

The only thing that requires any real effort to make these changes, is establishing what new KPIs you want to measure, and building those in advance in Performance Analytics.

 

All in all, it's an excellent addition to the other out of the box reporting capabilities with the HRSD product.
