Looking for a way to report ticket average handling time across multiple support groups that it passes through.
Measure: Handling time/duration of the ticket that was assigned to a each group during its lifecycle.
Objective: Identify bottlenecks and issue that affects overall duration of the ticket.
Which table would bring this value and how to extract such a report?
