Scheduled export is reaching the customer twice instead of once

we had scheduled a report to one of user on, the email is triggered twice in the time frame of a minute.

 

We tried reconfiguring the schedule, however nothing working out

 

can someone provide leads on the same

Hi @kavyas1 ,

Is it specifically for one particular user or anyone to whom the report is sent.

Can you check the email logs, and the way it is being sent.

This is specifically for only one visualization which is sent every 3 hours to the user.

share which one is that and how it's configured.
