Scheduled export is reaching the customer twice instead of once

we had scheduled a report to one of user on, the email is triggered twice in the time frame of a minute.
We tried reconfiguring the schedule, however nothing working out
can someone provide leads on the same

You are sharing 2. One that runs at midnight every day and one every 3 hours. Which one is triggering twice? Or is it sending the daily at the same time as the scheduled one?

Both the emails are triggered at the scheduled time and the copy is sent after a minute or 2

Any chance that a duplicate of this Scheduled report has been made in the system? Because 2 minutes is too long for it being triggered at the same time.

we have checked in thoroughly and do not see any duplicate schedules, the schedules were working all fine from many months, issue had started like 2 weeks ago where they receive two emails within few minutes with same content

I rechecked on the emails sent, both are received at the same time
