Scheduled export is reaching the customer twice instead of once

we had scheduled a report to one of user on, the email is triggered twice in the time frame of a minute.

 

We tried reconfiguring the schedule, however nothing working out

 

can someone provide leads on the same

share what's the configuration?

If it's as per schedule then it should trigger only once unless you are sending it periodically

what debugging have you done so far?
