Is anyone out there using ServiceNow to track SLOs (Service Level Objectives) such as application availability or hours of operation for different business areas? If so, do you use CMDB or SLM module? Thanks.

Hi,
Service Portfolio Management allows you to track service commitments. These are effectively SLOs and have the following available types:
- SLA
- Response Time
- Availability
- Maintenance Window
- Delivery
- Recovery time objective (RTO)
- Recovery point objective (RPO)
- Other
You can further extend this choice list
