This special interest group (SIG) is comprised of customers who have already replaced or are interested in replacing their legacy intranet portals with ServiceNow. We meet quarterly and boast over 1,400 members. Meetings are intended to act like virtual SNUGs for sharing advice and professional networking. Any customer may join this SIG and become a member by registering for any of our meetings using the links below. (These events are not open to partners.)
Meetings generally include important announcements, a customer guest speaker or panel, product feature updates, expert advice, and helpful resources.
