Customers who replace their intranet portals with ServiceNow strategize how to manage content across all the various channels and pages.  It can be quite daunting for larger, complex organizations, but it can and has always been done successfully!   Essentially, you need to document all your content managers and also identify which channels require governance; for example: topics, portal pages, mobile app, knowledge bases, and catalogs.  Then you group your content authors and set up restrictions, such as what Audiences they are allowed to target, plus your review and approval workflows.  This includes not only your professional content managers, but also subject matter experts or leaders who you want to allow to manage particular pages or topics.
