Here is the recording from the November 7th special interest group (SIG) panel discussion regarding Communications Strategy & Content Management for the EX Platform for the Modern Intranet.
I would like to offer my heartfelt gratitude for our three expert panelists: Chris Smith, Stuart Winchester, and Rich Dean!
The insights they collectively shared will be invaluable for other customers replacing their intranet portal(s) with ServiceNow. They explained the need to classify content types to determine what governance rules (if any) should apply to the publishing process. They discussed various models to collaborate with hundreds of jurisdictional content managers across their organizations for publishing quality, impactful content; without over-engineering the processes and creating bottlenecks. The roles of trust and analytics in decision making was especially interesting!
As promised, I attached the slides we presented. These include recent intranet analysts' recognition of ServiceNow plus the many opportunities to stay engaged through monthly Product Office Hours calls for Employee Center (Pro) and Content Experiences.
