Yes, we upgraded our servicenow to Zurich recently 

But I could not locate the RCA record that causing the issue

@samirmeroua The message you are seeing is due to Application Restricted Access Caller records getting invalidated. For more information please refer to https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-application-development/page/build/applications/conc....

 

Also, a direct solution has already been proposed by @Rob Bushrod Please refer to the support article suggested by him to resolve this issue.
