It's used in HR Agent Workspace, on the left side you'll the icon to open it below lists.

@Ankur Bawiskar , you need to update Agent Workspace for hr case management plugin along with sn_knbn_comp and sn_visual_board to see it

Try to add more filter condition when selecting a COE and it's children. See screenshot
